It is many girls’ dream to have a head of long flowing black hair. Unfortunately, that’s easier said than done. Hair tends to become brittle and break easily. So how do you stimulate growth and prevent hair from falling off at the same time?

First, you have to have a basic understanding of how the growth process works. The hair grows from follicles, which are responsible for generating new hair. Each strand has a different life cycle. Now that you have taken great pains to protect your hair, you can start doing things to stimulate hair growth. The best approach is use to essential oils such as Jojoba or Rosemary. Such oils will help improve blood circulation, especially when you combine them with a good massage. The improved blood circulation will help stimulate growth.

Also, take good care of your health. If your health is affected adversely, that leads to possible hair loss. For example, if you are under a lot of stress, you may lose more than usual. Always try to get plenty of rest, exercise regularly, and eat well.
